QA/QC Introduction
Quality is life for a company. So our company is very strict to check quality.
1:About main materal of supplier, our buyer looking for at least 10 suppliers and choose five suppliers which she/he thought are good. Then this manager from purchase deparment and manager from technical deparment to check these five suppliers.They choose three suppliers between these five suppliers to let General manager to go to check and decide the best supplier.
2:Material were coming and QC to check.
3:We will do a first product to check quality before to do batch of each order. If first product were nice, we will start to do the order. Instead, we will not start to do it until we found the problem.
4:We ensure that all the products we ship to clients are of good quality.
5:For outdoor products, we have technical people to help customers to install.Even in other country.
